Airline tickets
Bento Gonçalves has an airdrome with a 1,400m paved runway for small airplanes. For more information, call (54) 3452.1657. The nearest airports are located in Caxias do Sul (40km) and Porto Alegre (120km). The trip from Porto Alegre to Bento Gonçalves takes, on average, an hour and forty minutes. From Caxias do Sul to the Parque de Eventos, the trip takes approximately 45 minutes.
Accommodation
The hospitality industry based in Bento Gonçalves consists of 50 hotels and B&Bs, offering approximately 5,000 beds. In addition to these, Região Serrana in Rio Grande do Sul, of which Bento Gonçalves is part of, has a vast hotel network with 105 hotels and ten thousand beds, which are available for both exhibitors and visitors, since the cities are close to each other making it easy to get around and to Parque de Eventos.
Shuttle service
The organizer of Movelsul 2026 offer complimentary shuttle service from the Salgado Filho airport (Porto Alegre) to Bento Gonçalves, and from the hotels in the region to Parque de Eventos, where the fairs will be held.

Movelsul has medical and ambulatory care, with a space located in Pavilion A, next to the CAEX – Exhibitor Care Center.
